Normally I would just wait till that stage, but these guys have been so quick, .i.e. within 14 days they sent the letter to registered keeper, appeal rejected quickly, they seem to be on their ball game, was worried if it was worth pushing them further? Have you hard of this company before?0

VCS are quite infamous and well understood. Don't worry.0

There's nothing else you can do except wait and see if legal proceedings follow
Make more noise at the hospital!
Is there any union to help?
See if the local paper is interested in this story0 -
The hospital won't do anything about it, they are utterly useless and a waste of energy despite being working there for several years.
Do you think its worth sending another appeal through giving them a picture of my valid permit which I did not include in the original appeal, and write a description to state that on the rejection letter it states you must return with a valid permit in the grace period?0 -
If the hospital are the landowners they are telling you large porkies.
They are the principal and VCS are their pet monkeys
VCS do court on a very regular basis but with expert help from the regulars most win.
Don’t bother with another appeal to VCS they only want your cash not interested in any form of mitigation.0 -
The hospital won't do anything, they say its not in their control.
Have you read about The NHS patient, visitor and staff car parking principles?
Particularly this bit:Contracted-out car parking
NHS organisations are responsible for the actions of private contractors who run car parks on their behalf.0 -

Never worth appealing to IPC companies
All covered in the FAQ (post #1)0 -
I think it might be worth just paying the £60 rather than spending my time going into court to appeal this etc, what are the chances of success this will happen though?0

And that's why they will keep behaving like they do
it's your call but the success rate is extraordinarily high here. I beat them for a permit not displayed PCN at my place of work.
