One thing that would concern me is the fact that it's a diesel that appears to have been doing very low mileage.

    October 2016 31,335
September 2017 33060 (so only 1800 miles in almost a year)
    Sept 2018. 42873
    July 2019. 46506. (3600 miles in 10 months).

Sorry I forgot I posted on here. Thanks for all of your replies.

    This is it...

It comes with 'THEIR' 3 month warranty on engine and gearbox.

It apparently does have full land rover history apart from the last one which was an independent 4x4 specialist garage for a gear box noise which turned out to be a transfer box which was replaced at £620, the normal service and new pads and discs at the back.

'Their warranty' may be useless. Also that last service being at an independent would worry me (may not worry others though).

Warranty direct want £80 a month for their best level cover or £2300 for 36 months. Any repair on that could cost that whole amount.

AFAIK The only real concern over diesels and low mileage is the DPF. So long as that’s ok, and the new buyer’s driving pattern is suitable, the history should be irrelevant so far as that’s concerned.

Is there an extra '1' in the price? Almost £20k for a 6 year old gamble?

Keep looking, don't be attracted because its black and shiny.

That warranty is nowhere near long enough or comprehensive enough. Unless you have very deep pockets and are happy to pick up (the inevitable) big repair bills you need to walk away from this one.

You can get the ECU interrogated for correct mileage, ive been on the receiving end of a clocked merc with similar miles.

Its done an average of 10k for the first 3 yrs, year 4 its done less than 2k?? has it been parked up for most of year 4?
