Solo travel companies

Hi I am looking for travel companies that cater for group travel suitable for solo/single travelers over 40.
Looking to visit Europe and Asia and South America.

Any ideas appreciated, preferably ABTA bonded.

why don't you just book flights and hotel separately when you know whereabouts you want to go

A friend uses Solos and Just you regularly and has enjoyed holidays with both.

I generally plan and book every aspect of my own holidays, but one occasion I wanted a group trip due to family stresses meaning I would have just stewed if I was on my own, so I booked a city break with Friendship travel, which was well organised and enjoyable.

Some people simply don't enjoy holidays on their own.

I've used Explore several times and been very happy with them. I hear that Exodus are also good.

Both offer the option to share a room and pay no single supplement. They also occasionally have offers on that give you a single room without the supplement.

using hostels you can meet people which would be cheaper than group travel but yeah I get that some people might not want to do it that way

There are quite a few companies that cater specifically for singles. I have travelled with Travel One and I think long ago with Solos.

For more of an excursion/experience holiday there is Exodus or Toucan, even Ramblers. None of these are for singles specifically but they do have single travellers.

Titan has some holidays on particular dates for singles (otherwise single supplement can be eye watering!)
    Also look at Mercury

You might consider cruising Fred.Olsen and Cruise & Maritime are nice to their singles ('though age group might be too old!)
Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!
