In the same boat. Got a couple of thousand due to Covid and me not canceling the deduction from my salary. M employer was quite unhelpful(too much effort). The voucher company said also if there is no activity in 18 months it goes to charity! If that is the only choice then I'd like a say in it.
I read the Kiddivouchers terms and conditions which states a refund can be given in exceptional circumstances. I rang up and explained that I felt a 'global pandemic' might count?!
They've sent me a form to give to my employer .. I should get a refund via payroll soon!
Hi @jbainbridge , did you get the refund from Kiddivouchers? I am in the same position, and my employer supports my request for the refund.
@Downdog23 - yes I did. Looking back I submitted a refund request form to Kiddivouchers. Money was paid back to my employer who then paid it on to me subject of course to tax and NI.
