Is that from BWLegal ????? Clearly written by an idiot who does not know that only a court can do this .... and that depends on if you lost

A private staff car park and you pay monthly ????? What chance does this legal think they have ....... ???? NOTHING

In preparation get your costs schedule ready when a court spanks them yet again

More advice please. I emailed my v5 docs and they responded back with all pictures and original pcn. In one photo you can see another car parked on hatched lines. Bw legal are still contacting me with legal action. This is now causing family issues.
Clearly i cant post documents on here but is there anyone i can pm for help.
    Many thanks
It seems to me that you want legal advice , not advice about a PCN , because this has gone further , so you seem to be asking for bespoke legal advice from members in a direct one to one fashion , probably due to you not understanding this complicated topic , especially the legal side

If you need general advice then people here will reply

If you want bespoke legal advice with a legal mind going through your documents and paperwork , then as Martin Lewis would tell you , consult a lawyer and pay for that bespoke service , same as conveyancing or wills and probate

The unwritten rule here is we may advise and assist , but nobody is going to scrutinise paperwork and do the job for you , you cannot just hand it over to the members here whilst you do little or nothing

I am not getting at you , just telling it like it is so you understand the respective roles here , it's your problem , you must deal with it , family troubles or not , it's a hazard of driving or of being an RK , but we can help with the basics , but you will do the heavy lifting , or you should pay a lawyer for that specialty , which isn't cheap by any means

Therefore you go through the SAR reply and you check for POFA compliance etc , you look for errors in their paperwork , you prepare for any court case , you gather any evidence , you start drafting your own defence

You are now awaiting an MCOL court claim from the CCBC in Northampton, that is where you go from here , waiting , waiting , tick tock , hence why you do your prep first , same as A and E waiting for unknown patients with unknown problems to arrive , it's a waiting game and you are in the waiting room with an unknown wait time to be seen

Hope that explains it for you , so there are no misunderstandings

Good luck and I hope it works out for you

I received a letter off these plastic policemen the situation is they sent me a letter stating they had set a county court against me in April 2018. I paid for my credit file last month; checked it. No county court judgements on my credit file.

I rang them contesting this parking fine. But did say. Please send me all proof or evidence even photographic evidence of the location the times and dates. Then I will think about it. 3 months later. No evidence has arrived or no proof of their claim.

Another letter arrived today stating they will apply to enforce the county court order if I do not pay them.

Based on me asking for proof of this claim which was supposed to be in 2017/18 and they have refused to send this evidence and I am unaware of any illegal parking. And as said I asked for proof. I don’t not know these people. I will pay nothing.

Based on passed knowledge. If someone contacts these people regarding any claims clowns like these are making. Only make it worse for themselves because. These are the type of people these skanks thrive on. ASK FOR EVIDENCE ESPECIALLY PHOTOGRAPHIC IF THEY DO NOT SEND YOU THIS. ➡️ SOLUTION. IGNORE THEM.

Ignoring them is not a solution. Dangerous advice that newbies must not heed.

You might have a CCJ that's not showing up on the system you have checked so far, but if you are sure you do not then this is what we advised before:

Post #17. With thanks to bargepole for most of the plagiarised wording.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
