    Most Government IT isn't Government IT. It's outsourced.

    Networking every will make access secure and fast. It's not going to shrink the number of IT jobs, and possibly they'll need a few more to maintain the additional links.

    It will however, cut down on the number of parcel posters. Or at least hopefully.
