Okay, i think i found it.

However, i am assuming this will definitely go to court and need me to attend in person? Great..... :-(

End of the day, im not a legal person and highly doubt i will be able to defend myself in a legal way. facts again are that a ticket was purchased in all good intention. it looks like a digit was wrong on the parking ticket. If it is then it was a mistake and that all there is to it. thats the extent of everything i could say, i do not want to add stuff that may then construed as a lie or misleading, otherwise ill end up banged up lol

Need some help with this one :-\

and if you still cannot find it that is a link. If you are using a mobile to access the forum, that could be one reason why you cannot see everything.

Yes, both the original sheet with a picture of car and registration.

Let us see a redacted scan/photo of the Notice to Keeper - leave all the dates showing please. Obviously blank out your name, address, the car's VRM and any PPS reference number.

NEWBIES - HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE

To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox or Imgur), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.

Please do not use TinyPic or PhotoBucket as they drop all sorts of gratuitous and unsolicited dross on computer screens when their links are opened.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The reason forasking who's car park this is, is that even at this stage the landowner can put a stop to things by withdrawing support for court action.
all you need is written confirmation (an email will do)
You then must contact the parking company with this information and tell them to cease.
If they continue you have an exceptionally strong defence point, and the possibility of claiming for unreasonable behaviour.

plus it you dig there is another defence point, where it was stated that a simple miss key should not be grounds to pursue a parking charge notice.
Add to that that the type face used on number plates sites not differentiate between Zero, the letter O, the letter i and the number 1 .
If the parking companys systems were programmed correctly no parking charge should have been issued.

plus add in to that that the principal ( car park owner) is jointly and severally liable fur the actions of hits agents (the parking company) you may be able to claim against the principal as well

None of the advice you get from here will include lying to the court!

Study the post you have now found

Very few of the thousands who have come here for advice have had previous experience of dealing with a Court claim, and have managed to deal with this

There's a lot to take in from that post, so take your time understanding it

But if you rely on a single defence of "it was a mistake" then you will lose!

Nobody will be banged up, I suggest you stop speculating, otherwise we will have to include shergar being found under the court patio and postponing the hearing

Either a judge will decide you must pay up around £175 and will set a figure to pay such as £175 in the judgment, or you win and claim up to £95 in expenses

And although you may need to attend, the option to not attend is also yours to make anytime up to 7 days before the court hearing
