    Great news, another chicken out by BWLegal.   . More so they knew another spanking was due by a court, or maybe they took legal advice on their dodgy claim

    I detest the use of the word "basically" more than I loathe apostrophe abuse .

    I heartily agree, there is no need to start a thread, post or sentence with "Right, OK, so, basically.........."  but it is seen multiple times on the forum

    Only once!  If you mean how many cases are discontinued, then search the forum using "discontinued" as your search term and hope that posters have come back and given us the good news.
