I've received a rejection to my appeal which I was expecting.
I'm reading up on a further appeal but I don't want to risk this costing me more money. I'm tempted to just pay it.... How are things going for you?

Do a search for mythical discount on here. If you pay it there is a good chance they will continue to chase you for more money.

Don't be ridiculous. Forget that.

There is no risk, as long as court papers are not ignored, it's defendable and the worst that happens in the 1% of cases we see lost, is....the person then pays no more than the debt collector demand. Often LESS. And almost all cases are won here.

Why would anyone think the only options are 'appeal' or 'pay'?

We are passionate about this. Don't fund the scam, no sponsoring the next PCNs, please, it's not something to prop up with your money.
