RyanAir flight change without notice. Where do I stand?

Hi,
I have recently booked a trip to Krakow to visit Auschwitz with 20 pupils from my school. I have visited the Ryanair site to add one more pupil but the flight has disappeared. Turns out they have rescheduled the flight to the day later meaning we have to purchase an extra nights accommodation or cancel the whole trip.
Where do I stand with this? We do not want to cancel the trip, parents have saved and sacrificed to send their children on this trip.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

It would really help if you indicated when the trip is going to take place: you have more rights if the change is made at short notice.0

What is the inbound flight number, date and time and where does it fly back to?0
