Can I buy Croatian kuna over the counter at post office/M&S

I am just wondering if I can buy Croatian kuna over the counter for example at the post office or M&S exchange. Apologies if this is obvious, I've only ever exchanged euros before. Want to know if need to order in advance or if can just walk in and exchange?

Thank you :o

Why would you do such a thing? Need to pay someone here in Kuna?
Just use the ATM when you arrive in Croatia or suffer a poor exchange rate when exchanging here.
