    You buy a voucher from Groupon so is this not like buying a gift card from Tesco for example for Argos? You buy a kettle with it that does not work, you take it back to Argos not Tesco.

    You need to go back to the salon and ask them to put it right.

    If they refuse, then you need to take it up with Groupon as your contract is with them. Push for a full refund, as they sold you a voucher for hair straightening, and the salon carried it out incorrectly (?) and refuse to put right their error.

    Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

    No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
