Groupon rights

I purchased a voucher for a hair treatment which basically hadn’t done what it’s dupposed to, I’ve had this before so know what it should be like. Contacted salon with no response and groupon offered me a goodwill refund of £15, voucher cost £49. Who is liable- salon or groupon?

Yes you need to go in and complain.

What was the treatment supposed to do?

Was it not apparent before you left the salon?

It was a straightening treatment and I’ve had it before, looked fine in the salon and up until I washed it, now can barely notice the difference but I need to know who’s liable- I paid groupon so us it them or the salon?

I think you may have to give the salon the opportunity to put things right first.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Then you need to go back to the salon and complain.
