    So you bought it used?

Arnold Clark have a Vauxhall dealership, and a multi-brand "motorstore" in Stoke, not a Mazda dealership. The Mazda dealer in Stoke is Holdcroft - https://www.holdcroft-mazda.co.uk/

It was a pre-registered vehicle, registered on 14th March 2016 to Arnold Clark Mazda, Toxteth, Liverpool. We bought it on 29th April 2016 with 9 miles on it from Arnold Clark Automobiles Ltd of Stoke-on-Trent. I know the Stoke branch isn't a Mazda dealership.

When I spoke to the legal advisor at Which? Legal he asked me all of this (I wasn't sure if it was classed as used or new) and he classed it as a new car.

We have claimed against Arnold Clark Automobiles Ltd under Section 9 of The Consumer Rights Act 2015 sub sec 2 & 3 on the basis of lack of quality and durability as advised by the Which? Legal Advisor. He also said to make the Post Warranty Claim against Mazda UK. Arnold Clark have said I have provided no evidence that a fault existed with the vehicle at the time of purchase.

Given you've driven it for three years you haven't provided any evidence.

Unless you're the first registered keeper it's a used car.

Since you have no contract with Mazda UK I believe this advice to be completely useless as it is likely Mazda UK will not hesitate to tell you to go away
