Why is TUPE not being used?

The trick with not putting people on notice but using a late Notice/PILON is to avoid people using counternotice to leave early.

So, they are TUPE'ing us across but it has been said it is 'unreasonable' for us to work, so on the Monday they will end our employment and pay us as PILON from Monday 4th

As I've told you, my previous employer are dealing with it all and making us redundant.

As a group it's TUPE, 99% of people are not moving to the new company, some are.

We will never work for the new company and will leave before everything happens.
