Write to them. Send a Subject Access Request, known as a SAR. By law they have to reply. Request all information they have on you.

I have a horrible feeling you are going to have to suck this up.

Lastly check the address on your V5c. Is it correct? Please don't guess. Actually look at it and check.

    V5 address is correct.

I really appreciate all your help. Unfortunatley this is too much information for me, and I don`t think I can managed this on my own, plus English isn`t my first languale do. I`m close to get deperesion, so soon I might need a medical help too  I am stuck and don`t know what to do, I got SAR Subject Access Request from Gladstones Solicitors Limited, now Im back to square one. I need solisitor who can read all this stuf and help me appealing in court. I want to remove this CJJ record completly.

What did the SAR show? Does it show court papers were sent?

This is all in PDF format, and it has copy of letters from gladstone solisitors sent out to me. Theres 4 of them where 3 were reminders and 1 is saying about court but no actual court letters. I have attached screenshot here. https://ibb.co/7KRWwkM
