    Thanks beanie :) I don't feel I've quite got this whole thing cracked, as what I'm really trying to avoid is frivolous spending, but a goal of 10 feels a little bit easy for that. However, I deal a lot with unexpected expenses (like another vet bill earlier this week) where it doesn't feel quite right to call it a no-spend day even if I've excluded vet bills. So still trying to work out quite how I want to approach it. Anyway, either way the thread is definitely helping. :)

    I exclude vet as you know, physio & yoga.

    I am concentating on cutting down on on treats/ sweets when I am out & about.
