Hi guys I am in a 12-month contract with onestream which started end of November I have not had internet for 5 days now with them and they have told me that they are upgrading the line which I receive no notification of or anything like that so I'm pretty sure I'm confident that something is gone down.
I'd like to leave ideally with minimum cost to myself can anyone recommend the best cleaners cheapest easiest way to terminate my contract with them?
FYI they are very difficult to get hold of I spent 2 hours on hold today and yesterday get through or after an hour I tend to get dropped

You can certainly end the contract early but this may cost you, read your contract for this.
You tried a complaint ?
There was something in the news lately about compensation for loss of service, google it.0 -
Thanks for your thoughts yeah the loss of service I believe is a voluntary code that the main big 5 broadband providers have signed up for I believe of the top of my head
Yeah I've lodged a complaint and yeah I'm expecting some sort of afterpay mine way out of contract so we will see what happens I think I would rather do that than have to deal with visually and honestly an hour on the phone just to get through you must have one person0
