Flight price when adding luggage

does anyone have a answer to this or knows about! this but!feel as passengers on flights that charge separate for luggage ,we are being ripped off, theses are examples & are visible with most operators ive been looking for a holiday to spain mainland, for 3 travellers when you put in the drop boxes departure airport arrival airport date & number of travellers, when the price of the flight comes up it gives you the basic flight price pp , then you get the opportunity to put the number of case/s so basic price eg £100 pp add 1 case £130 then add a second case for person number 2 price goes £160 pp !add case number 3 for third traveller price goes to £190 pp in my opinion each traveller being charged for the other cases being added, as i say in this thread
traveller one was fare was initially £130 case included & ends up paying £190 due to
the other travellers adding their case/s from!£130 to £190 eg

your post is very difficult to read but if you look on the airline website there are often fares that include baggage that are cheaper than the cost of hand baggage only fares plus the cost of baggage
(I assume you are looking at some third party site which tend to show the cheapest 'fare' - not the most economical solution)

Thanks ive edited 1st person with one hold case £130 job done . 2nd person with case £160 & 1st person pays £160 due to 2nd person taking luggage, 3 rd person adds case price now £190 pp all three are paying more as cases added but each one should be paying for one case £130 not £190 because other are taking a case?????????????????????????????/

Tell us where you're booking, and what route, and someone will hopefully be able to tell you what you're doing wrong.

I think you might be doing something wrong. If you add 3 x £30 bags it should not be increasing the pp seat cost from £100pp to £190pp, rather 3 x £100 plus 3 X £30 = £390.

As fifeken suggests, perhaps give more details and someone will look at it for you.

Sorry b ut didn't think I was doing anything wrong, ?you can try any of the holiday companies, on the beach, sunmaster, holiday gems all of them are the same where you put your holiday together flight ,then accommodation, transfers ive already explained what happens but just to explain again, example 3 travellers put all the basic info in the drop down boxes like uk airport, resort or overseas airport, number of people ,dates etc etc, when you get the basic flight cost then add 1st person luggage price increase correct then second person add case for second person then the 1st persons price increases again to reflect the second persons cost then add the case for the 3rd person & the cost escalates again to reflect the third person flight & case = 1st person basic flight £100 plus one hold case £130, second person add case £160 & 1st person cost increases to £160 ,add third person case for the hold £190 & 1st & 2nd goes up to £190,

Still no real idea what you're seeing without more details.

I tried On the Beach using "Flight and Hotel" and "Holiday Finder" options but neither separated the cost per person out on my selection of 2 adults, one child, Luton to Faro, 10/7/19 for 7 days, staying at the first hotel they listed. Flights were with easyJet.

Add one case to this party of three and the total price went up by the cost of one case. The price they listed was clearly marked as one way, so the price increased by twice that.
