Yes, send it anyway. Makes no odds, gets you nowhere, but looks better to a Judge.

Thanks, was really hoping to avoid the court route but it is what it is I suppose.

Maybe it's time to give the landowner a bit of a taste of his own medicine, and start getting heavy with him about his unilateral changing of the lease conditions for the individual properties, i.e. imposition of parking restrictions and penalties (sic) paid to a third party for their breach. That depends, of course, on exactly what the leases say.

Interesting. These parking restrictions only came into play in April 2013 and I've lived there since 2010. Nothing in my original lease about parking restrictions and I've not received a new one.

Search the forum for Landlord & Tenant Act and read what others have done by way of complaints to the landlords for beach of that Act and interfering with your rights and easements.

Also THIS THREAD BELOW will give you ideas about what to say (get together with other leaseholders):

The above shows what you all SHOULD have done in 2013 to stop PCM. Do it now.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
