EE competition commission payback

Does anyone have any information about the following?
I understand that the competitions and markets authority have ruled that we and others have been overcharging customers. When the price of the handset is paid off they continue to charge.
My understanding is they need to pay us back.
Does anyone have an update of when and how much this is likely to be?

If they have completed the investigation and agreed paybacks within a week that is pretty impressive (although I cannot find any evidence of that)

The cost of the phone isn't set out in the contract, it's a cost for the air time for a minimum term of X months.

If some people aren't bright enough to know when X comes around, it's their problem surely?
