Yep, The Deep - the OP is in no way doing what youve described.0

I am surprised that so many have supported OP. He/she is a tenant with two cars and one space who has admitted that he/she frequently parks where parking is not permitted and uses a space reserved for visitors.
It is such behaviour which encourages MAs to engage these scammers. He should find accommodation more suited to his/her needs imo.
Er, you are doing it again young man. I suggest you read what the OP has writ before you post.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
So I preparing my day 26 appeal.
I am going to include a photo of the permit.
Do I take out the paragraph about PDT machines? as this is not relevant on this one
You can edit the template as you see fit, but do make sure you do not reveal or imply the driver's identity.
The template is a one size fits all and has two functions: one of which is to tell the scammers you are getting MSE forum assistance, and the other is to ensure you don't go shooting your toes off by blabbing about the driver's identity.
The same applies when adding things like a photo of the permit. Does it have the driver's name on it? Does it have a serial number so that it can be traced back to the driver from a register?
You see the problems with amending the template, so do so at your own risk.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

Not a problem, we've all been there!
Just want to make sure I do everything correctly, so I can use this as a pointer for everyone else at work that gets bitten by these scammers.
As for Name & address, should I change it slightly from dvla data?0 -

Name and address needs to be that of the keeper exactly as it appears on the V5.
Have you sent the scammers an SAR yet, and have you complained to your MP about this unregulated scam?
Have you asked the DVLA who requested the keeper's personal data and when?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

Not done SAR yet. I'm only on day 25 after windscreen ticket. I am thinking that they will have not contacted Dvla for my information yet. Definitely will do though.0 -

No, it does not. In fact, altering it slightly has a benefit
If they respond using the incorrect but will still arrive address (Beach lane instead of Beech lane, postcode correct) then its fairly obvious they have not asked the DVLA for info, and therefore cannot possibly comply with POFA.0 -
Update on this.
Windscreen ticket on June 13
I sent my appeal on July 8
Received as expected a phishing letter asking me to name driver
on July 22, Which I ignored.
Notice to Keeper July 23
Now Aug 21, received 'Notification Letter' saying, Gone up to £100
and if full payment is not received in 14 days, passed onto Debt recovery. There was no POPLA code included.
On back of letter says to contest again, before they send POPLA code.
Is this normal? Do I have to send a repeat of the Day 26 appeal again? Should I be adding any extra to this appeal. Obviouly I wont be naming driver.
Thanks0 -
Yes , appeal the ntk asap , as keeper , using the same appeal as before
The first appeal responded to the windscreen ticket0
