Problem transferring to coventry building society isa

Hi all,

Tried to transfer my isa with paragon to Coventry bs, isa online through this website....tried to but wouldnt let me choose password at the end...kept saying my password has to be alpha numerical and 6 to 10 characters so wouldnt work and therefore cancelled. I had already given my details eg nominated account, address, contact details and paragon isa details

Then tried it with another browser, this time through internet explorer instead of chrome. Also used Coventry builing society without problem, but this time not asked to create any passwords at all and told ill get my details over the post.

Im worried ive lost my savings, eg one of the sites was dodgy.

What do you guys think..any idea?
