I just wonder what could a solicitor do to create an issue for me because they have connection with the developer?
An awful lot of new build sites have a massive list of covenants that limit how you can use your own property. I have heard of solicitors recommended by a developer not handing this list over until the last minute and not giving client proper time to make a decision.
