How to remove an invalid thread from unread posts

This has been going on for a few years and unable to remove it
On my replies tab on my profile, there is a heading 'Terrible turd issues' and the author and last time of posting is sometime during the day
When I click on the thread title, I get Invalid Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator. I cannot remove it and the form is unsendable.
Please help me
