EE our of bundle price rises

Hi, I have just received an email stating that the charges will be going up in August, I am in contract until November so not that far off but will I be able to terminate the contract early and without penalty as a result of this? I'm aware they can make rises in-line with inflation but I think this falls outside of this? Thanks
