Vodafone Upgrade and K750i - Best offers

Is it me or do all the networks seem very willing to do deals on the k750i, these deals where not to be had on the d500 when it was first out. Are sony doing a good deal to the service providers or summit??

Sorry to jump on this thread but does the k750i suffer from Vodafone branding like the t610? I was very disappointed that all of the icons had been changed and some of the functionality blocked.

I said people on money saving expert have had better deals and he said we cant go any lower cause you dont go over your free mins on your contract?
You guys that have had good deals on £10-15 month contracts do you go over your free mins much????

Is this phoning the upgrades department? I guess it probably is. The upgrades department will not give good deals.

You need to request your PAC codes and then someone will call you a day or so later. They will then be able to offer you the decent deals.

I only managed to get them down to £15 line rental. I pushed for £10, but they said no way.

do/would vodafone match an o2 tariff (so i could get 0870 and 0845 inclusive in my free mins)?

When I asked Vodafone for my PAC code, they gave it to me without offering me anything and I didn't get any calls from them either.
After it had ran out (I had no intention of using it), I phoned them back and requested it again and that is when they offered me my new contract deal.

I didn't want another phone, I just wanted a cheaper tariff. I got a new phone but only a basic model, the Nokia 1100, 200 cross mins and 500 texts for £19.99 per month. I was paying £29.99 per month before for exactly the same tariff so for me its a good deal.

I use quite a lot of texts, over 300 each month and don't make long calls on my phone so for me it is a really good deal.

Does anyone know whether with an 18 month contract you can upgrade the phone after 12 months?

Also does anyone have trouble logging in to the Vodafone website or is it just me?
