Lol, I live in a town so I wouldn’t be ‘spotted in london’ ive Only just started actioning this. You really didn’t need to mention anything like this lmao. I was asking for advise not comments on wether or not you think I can model.0

I know I’ve actually got this arcticle saved on my phone for when I try and get this sorted. It’s very unfortunate that I’d only ever seen this after. I didn’t think in this day and age it would be ethical for someone to be able to do this.0

I know it’s tough I’ve been doing this since I was young but been scammed in this occasion, I know what I need to do to get into the fashion world but they promised me this and it’s not what I thought at all. I work full time I have good money and I have had education as well as having good qualifications behind me thank you. When I say I’m young I am 23, I just need some advise on what to do next really. Wether I can get out of this with help, if they’re so fidgety can I take this to court? This is really the information I’m looking for, not so much to change what I want to do, this is what I want to do
If you have been doing this a long time you should know that you never pay for photos. Maybe the same doesn't apply in your home country?Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

No one is being cruel for the sake of it, but the issue is you keep saying how young you are, but in modelling terms you are ancient! (and I say this as someone with almost a decade on you, and who never had any aspirations to model cos that aint happening!)
You can be super pretty, beautiful in fact, and not be 'model material'
If this was a viable career for you, you would be well on with an agency who didnt charge you money for photos. They would all be desperate to sign you because of all the money you would make them.
Sorry but at 23 its really too late. Modelling is more about who you know rather than your look nowadays. All the big models currently are either children of rich people or children of supermodels!
You say you have a job, and education, and are making good money already. You do not need modelling.0 -

Neither of which were any use to you is this case, they saw you coming spun you a few key word's and reeled you in. Don't give up your day job.0 -

No it's absolutely not ethical, and it isn't illegal either (there is no absolute law that says people can't be scumbags) and that's what you've found - a bunch of scumbags who promise you The Earth but deliver you some dirt.
You'll need serious professional legal help in going through the contract you signed for advice on how to get out of it legally (if you can).(Although I could be wrong, I often am.)0 -

I've read the comments here and i've seen nothing thats particularly offensive, just good advice and common sense.
If it were me, i would cancel the direct debit and see what they do. I expect there will be a lot of bluster but i doubt much else.
BUT, you might wish to engage with a solicitor first, on the basis that you may be able to nullify the contract on a "not fit for purpose" basis.0
