Ended up cancelling my switch with Bulb as EDF sorted all my readings, they also credited £50 on my account for all my trouble, i guess there not that bad.0

Now you've got yourself sorted out remember to give them a reading at least once a month, check your on-line account to make sure that they are using the readings and that your direct debit/bills are correct.
Keeping track of your consumption and checking your bills regularly will help you avoid all the aggro that can ensue if you don't. If you dont monitor it you cant control it.
I'd guess that 90% of the problems that people encounter are caused because they don't know what is going on.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0
