Good luck.... advice from 'Alice' above is sound. Expect decision to come soon and need for MR and then appeal. I get PIP for mental health reasons (Enhance DL and standard Mobility) and I have no medical input or medication at all. I do have a hefty list of diagnosed conditions though which probably makes any HCP look at them and think 'this is not someone upset over a dead parrot and worried over the burial fee'. At my PIP assessment 3 years ago the assessor actually started suggesting medications - absolutely outside her remit... and failing to notice I'd already listed them as having been tried anyway. My line is that all avenues are exhausted by NHS... medications haven't worked.. psychotherapy unsuitable.. counselling done. However at my ESA work capability assessment last week (which I haven't seen report for yet) the nurse did query what input I was getting and I don't think he made the flawed assumption no input no serious problem.. but it is possible. He did ask about CPN.. and I said I lost access to a regular one due to cutbacks and he seemed to hammer on the issue of why I wasn't seeing my GP regularly - because I have 24x7 supervision/support of wife effectively to monitor and support.

So hit and miss all of this eh... but persist with it... don't let the processes and the failings of 'professionals' in it to beat you down.
