If thats the vendor then its Spanish laws that apply .

Thanks everyone for the replies so far. Is there any help on the original question though. What comeback, if any is there.

How much was if and how did you pay?

You perhaps need to find a spanish consumer rights forum as this is a UK one, so most will not be familiar with any spanish consumer rights or law.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

Spanish consumer laws will be largely the same as UK consumer laws, as they're both derived from the same EU Consumer Directive, but there will be subtle differences. Any (legal/court) claim you make would have to be made in Spain (or an Out of Jurisdiction claim made in the UK, but this isn't cheap).

How did you pay? How much was the jacket?

Comeback depends upon Spanish law.Your UK consumer Rights do not apply .

Price and how paid may give further chance .

OK - that's the How Much. You still need to tell us the How.

sorry, jacket was £49.99, and part of a larger order. And it was paid using Visa credit card on 12/04/2019

And as I said above it might be an internet order, and it might well be a spanish based company, but bershka have a couple of stores in London!

No, you'd be buying from a UK company:

The fact its ultimate owners are elsewhere doesn't matter.

Guess what? That's also the UK address of Bershka. And website sales are done through them

Phone your credit card company & ask for their help.
