Hi some advice plz I've just received a letter off VCS litigation department saying if I pay £125 within 14 days instead of the original £180 they will stop the case if not they say they have a strong case against me and they will claim for the full amount claimed against me and they say that they will show this letter they have sent to me to the judge in court any advice in what I should do appreciated0

If they have such a strong case against you, why would they want to settle for anything less than their 'strong case' could deliver for them?
Be aware, they are not in the game of offering anyone any favours.
My guess (but you have to make up your own mind, it is you dealing with them, not me or anyone else on the forum) is that they know they have anything but a 'strong case', and are not wanting to put this in front of a Judge.
But you have to make your own decision on this.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Hi I would like to thank everyone on the forum that has helped me with my case against VCS I received a letter of discontinuance from them this morning so another loss for VCS I guess keep up all the good work people that you do and thanks again0
