Aerial/drone photos when selling

Depends on the type of property. If there's a large plot of land or large garden included that can't be sufficiently captured at eye level then it's a good shout IF it's included with the agent or photographers fee. I wouldn't pay separately for drone photographs unless 1. You've got a property that would benefit from drone type images and 2. You find yourself struggling to sell the property or get viewings in.
We had drone photographs of the house we've just sold (included in agents fee) and I feel it enhanced the listing and perhaps helped to get people through the door as street view images were very out of date.
They showed the fact that the house had a large plot and wasn't over looked or surrounded by other properties. They were also handy in the sense that the weather was terrible for almost every viewing we had, so people didn't necessary want to wander around a large plot in the wind and rain.0 -
Ive never seen a bad drone photo, They are great for homes with large gardens, And certainly worth it on a new build with no street view or google earth photo.0

I find them interesting to look at...whether they actually make me feel any differently about viewing a property is a different matter.in S 38 T 2 F 50
