My Samsung j3 has been terrible for the past few weeks with either very low signal or no signal at all.I am not sure whether this is the phone or whether it is a giffgaff problem ?

They are free, order online (without any bundle).

Is it just in one location (using the same mast) or have you tried in other locations?
  • I live in Norfolk. Over the years I have tried giffgaff, the free sim from talktalk, various other networks, but have never found a better overall signal than from EE. After being with them for a while, My son, my wife and me each have a sim from them that I have bargained down to £7.00 per month after discounts each, for unlimited minutes and texts and 2GB of data. Not the cheapest but a balance between price and quality/reliability of signal

That information will help the OP so much, thank you for your contribution. :rotfl:

I've a j3 too. Having signal problems with three for two weeks now. They tell me that there's a problem with the network in my area of South East Wales.
