Lambs liver recipe

I made fried liver and onions for tea tonight, but have a lot of uncooked liver left over (I'm sure the butcher put too much in the bag, as I don't normally have any left as I only buy 50p worth at a time) It's been frozen so I can't refreeze without cooking it.
So any ideas with what to do with 1/4lb of lambs liver.Unofficial Debt Free Wannabee.

Hi could you find a recipe for liver pate?
Try the recipe list at the beginning of the May Grocery challenge thread.

Or try http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/332606/lambs-liver-with-red-wine-gravy-and-garlic-mash but it sounds similar to what you've already had tonight.
I found this thread whilst Googling. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6017080 -
Thanks for the suggestions. Have turned the liver into pate, so that's sandwich fillings sorted for a few days
Hadn't got everything that most of the pate recipes said, like cream or bacon. So improvised.
Liver, butter, olive oil, an onion, breadcrumbs, thyme, salt and pepper, and because once it was done it still needed something, worcestershire sauce.
It wouldn't win any prizes, but it's passed the DH finding it edible test, so it's all good.Unofficial Debt Free Wannabee.

Hi imogen,
Now that you have used your liver I've added your thread to the main one on lambs liver kindly linked to by MaggieBaking to keep the suggestions together.
