Civil enforcement claim form

Hi bob, thanks I’ve just read your thread well done on the victory, this is what is puzzling me I’ve literally had no correspondence from the parking firm since it’s been passed to the courts no defence or witness statements or anything but they’ve paid the court fee so must have something?0
-
The claimant doesn't provide a defence , that is your task which has already been submitted
The court order you received tells you what to provide and a date , the claimant has the same obligations , so their WS plus evidence (exhibits) is the same as yours with the same deadline
What worries me is you do not appear to have understood those obligations and seem to think your poker opponent should show their hand early , which is doubtful0 -
Makes sense when you say it like that redx probably a bit of wishful thinking0
-
Bear in mind that you have not yet served your WS plus Exhibits plus costs schedule on the claimant and court yet either , so a bit cheeky expecting the claimant to do it early , when in practice you will probably both do so at the last minute , I know I would no matter which side I was on0
