Technical problem

I have been trying for two days to join the Energy Saving Club.W

I enter my postcode and click on find address, and nothing happens-no drop down menu appears.
I have met a graphic of a broken lightbulb and the word "Oops!" which is not much consolation.
And how difficult it is to contact anyone at MSE on the matter-I shouldn't have to resort to the hit and miss of a forum.
