Not sure if that is your attempt at humour but it didnt work. I received the default notices but was trying chance it and get them removed as many people on here have done. Ive clearly stated that. The CCJ is something ive never received.0

Chance it you mean lying?
They’ll send you copies of the letters.
This may be money saving expert but not “get me out of dodge” expert.0 -
Trying to find a loophole to get out of the defaults. Simple as that., Not sure what is so hard for you to understand. If it can be done then great, if not then ile have to deal with it. Ive read a few replies by you on various other threads and you really to start taking your meds. You offer nothing but pointless comments and love to start arguments. Ive noticed other people have made these comments about you too0

I don’t understand what’s so hard for you to understand that they have been rightfully applied as you rightfully owe the money.
You’re wasting your time looking for non-existent loopholes.
And if starting arguments is giving people a dose of reality rather than marshmallow coating everything the so be it.0 -
Its all in the breeding lol0

You have received the CCJ though, it's on your credit file. If you have been at the same address for 15 years then likely that's the address all paperwork has sent to.
Surely you get Gary's point
You go on about not receiving default paperwork, hope its a loophole, when no loophole comes forth now state you did receive the paperwork
Now you state you didn't receive the CCJ paperwork, and you wonder if people are sensing a theme here ... ... possibly looking for a loophole?
A CCJ can be requested in default when the defendant has not responded to the claim form. You can apply for the set aside, at a cost of £255, but if you are going to the court to say that you never received court papers that the court sent out that will show on the court systems as sent then the court will most likely throw it out. You could tell the court that you believe the court are lying and did not send them out but the court is likely to believe the court and the court records rather than a defendant looking for a loophole.0 -
Woke up this morning. Got my latest credit report. A CCJ has been added to my account for nearly £3000!
This was my previous address. I've got all the info just need to call the court monday to find out who was after me.
I pay all my Bill's everything on time like clock work. Don't get any credit etc.
Could this be fraud due to the high amount?
I feel very sick.0 -

Turns out it's from my car accident from 18 months ago.
Went to court. They sent all paperwork to my previous address. I knew nothing. I've raised a complaint via esure.
They have insured me it will be removed. Can I claim compstiation?
Awful service0 -
