Just to go to your Purchase History and use the return link from the options, select you've changed your mind and if it wasn't a big item eBay should give you a returns label and deduct around £3 from the refund for the label. In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0

Did that just, "This item can only be returned in-store", don't know i'm getting that message but no other options are coming up.Time Is The Enemy!0 -
Argos still refusing to take item back saying their 30 day change your mind policy does not apply to Ebay, also Ebay keep telling me to take it back to Argos.
Ebay claim they are reviewing removing Argos from Ebay over this, lol!!!!Time Is The Enemy!0 -

1) Argos are probably right that the 30 day change of mind policy does not apply to ebay Argos purchases. That doesn't matter as you are not returning it under that, but under the Consumer Rights Act.
2) Why not take it back to an Argos store if thats what the Argos return button states?
3) I very much doubt that. They can't even stop the scammers on their site, so doubt they would remove a major retailer over something so trivial.
Was this a click and collect argos ebay purchase?0 -

It proves that they won't do anything, i'm thinking of asking the credit card company for chargeback or section 75 as it's over £100 but not sure if they would do anything on refunds.Time Is The Enemy!0 -
