Tito, I look forward to seeing your minions in Court, you cocky, rapacious, little parasite.

I like that. Well said, cutting right to the quick without the forum's auto-censor removing descriptors with a string of !!!!!s.

I wonder if a complaint to the ICO would yield the information? It's amazing what an investigation turns up.

If a PPc is using intimidating tactics, including using posts on here against you, in a method that isnt exactly professional, or business like then its even more ammunition for a very strong complaint to the landowner.

So what if the Parasitic parking companies read this site after all its open, as long as your honest and truthful ( a concepts that is alien to PPCs) then you have nothing to fear

Nine out of ten of these so called breaches of contract are scams so involve your MP.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, and persistent offenders denied access. Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers.

Until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Whos car park was this? I would certainly be making them aware that they are jointly and severally liable for the actions of their agents ( the parking company) and that if you have submitted a complaint to the ICO you are informing them as they also need to report themselves to the ICO

The landowner situation is a long story, but in short, they do not care.

If they dont care about bad publicity, then go for it.

Also if there has been any wrong doing by their agents ( such as a breach of GDPR) harassment etc make sure that you inform them that they are jointly and severally liable and you will or will strongly be considering taking action against them over their agents actions

they have since responded to my latest email addressing me by my forum name, stating that they will not be responding to my email.
I think you should tell Tito, under the GDPR, to rectify his data of your MSE username and address you as Big Boi from now on!

    T`PS - are you watching?

How do you expect people to navigate the complexities of challenging a PCN without information and advice? That's what this forum provides. That's about it, perfectly legal advice and, as a matter of fact, practical support for those who are feeling so stressed that, at worst, their mental health is compromised.

    Shame on you.
