Have I been compromised?

Howdy folks

I have created a new account as I feel as though my other account may have been compromised, although my thread is ambiguous and doesn't state who the driver was at the time of the alleged breach.

I have been in contact with a certain PPC as I had requested a SAR, but they were unable to provide a copy of the PCN as they didn't hold this information.

There were a few emails backwards and forwards attempting to put pressure on them to cancel.

Emails were signed with my name (as registered keeper), and the PPC would address me by my name, but they have since responded to my latest email addressing me by my forum name, stating that they will not be responding to my email.

I can only presume that they've managed to correspond details (despite being careful) from my posts to the information they hold. The main concern I have is that they will be aware of the advice that you have given me and what points to use in my defence.

Can I request a further SAR and see what information they now hold?

Aww I was going to guess TPS or Premier Park! They love thinking they are intimidating people by mentioning forum names here.

It's fine. You are safe from this little firm and they are beatable in court.

They are desperate and this industry are scammers. I wouldn't be proud if my adult kids worked there. I'd guess people like parking firm scumbags must go home and lie about what they do, to their families. How shaming it must be to extort money from vulnerable people and little old ladies who think it's a fine.

Must be a tin-pot firm IMHO, if the MD replies to SARs.

Apparently the luxury yacht 'HMS SRS' has some very comfortable bedding and the air con helps for a good night's sleep whether cruising the Med or the Caribbean. A good bottle of Krug is also a perfect alternative to a sleeping tablet.
