Bretheren, we are gathered here today to say a fond farewell to our dearly beloved friend, Snaggles's Micra......

I've had a right old time of it this evening... I came back home and discovered one of my cats had cr***ed in my ironing pile! The whole lot had to go back in the washing machine... not sure if they thought they were doing me a favour in getting me out of the ironing but is was horrible (retching at the thought!).Second and final LBM 01/01/11 Nearly got there but fell of wagon. HAVE to do it this time :mad:0

oooh, Snaggles, I know how hard it is to say goodbye to a trusty car. When I had to send my Carlton to the scrap it was so sad to see it going off on the lorry and all I was holding was two £20 notes.
Well, the car sold.........for only £100 less than I had it up for sale for.
OH said the lad didn't properly look under the bonnet and literally drove it about half a mile and it looked as if he didn't really know what he was looking for. And he looked at it in the rain and in the dark!! Ah well, he's left £100 cash and is going to pay the rest towards the end of the week. I made £1300 profit on it so that is the tax bill of £680 well and truly covered."Stay Wonky":D

Bizarrely I feel a bit guilty, it was all too easy. I know it has taken 4 weeks before anyone was interested but he just looked 'generally' and drove it literally around the block!
OH said he just didn't have a clue. I thought he might be a bit of a petrol head when he popped round last night to have a look inside but it seems not.
Weird, why do I feel guilty???!!!! I couldn't be a wheeling dealing Arfur Daley type......"Stay Wonky":D

Well, write "sold as seen" on his receipt when he comes with the rest of the cash, and wave bye-bye to your tax bill! :hello:
Oh, and don't forget to cancel your insurance & remove the road tax disc...or charge him extra for it!0
