Hi all thanks for the replies.

The shopkeeper said he would add me to his system, i have that in writing about 6 weeks before the 2nd incident for which i am now getting these letters.

This is why i did not enter my reg number when i visited the shop. Ironically i went several times before and got no ticket so i must have been on the system. Yet for some reason on my last visit i ended up getting this fine/invoice/scam.

Ive asked them to take me to court as i genuinely believe i have a very strong case with the evidence I have, and im confident a judge would rule in my favour. However saying that i have no court experience and wud represent myself. Bit daunting but im.not prepared to be robbed/conned like this when i have done nothing wrong.

Same as every poster here does, who gets a court claim form. No-one uses a solicitor and 99% win.

Good! So read the NEWBIES thread post #4 about why not to tell us about tedious debt collector letters, and then read post #2 of that sticky thread, to see what to do when you get your claim from Gladstones on behalf of UKPS.
