Hi. The AA have refused to allow me to transfer from my ZOPA IFISA into an ordinary fixed rate Cash ISA. Would this ban apply to Cash ISA's with all other providers? Thanks for any help.

If all your Zopa loans are repaid and the account is just a cash balance then there is no good reason a Cash ISA provider should decline your transfer request of an entire IFISA account. Still some providers might consider it too much hassle and they are allowed to set their own policies on new business.
You could transfer it to an easy access Santander Cash ISA and then onward to the AA.

Had a similar issue with [uninvested cash interest from] a Mongoose/Ethex IFISA. In the end I gave up when the Nationwide BS rep wouldn't accept the existence of IFISAs, and will revisit when it matures. But from memory of searching this and P2P forum Santander was suggested a few times.0
