Esa help needed please

I wrote yesterday about having my esa stopped I got moved from support to wrag . I am totally lost and confused . I have put in for a mandatory . So what happens next as I am totally lost . Do I have to contact job centre . I have never been in this situation and don’t know what to do . Can someone please help
Contacted my GP for a letter to go with my mandortory to be told they don’t have time to do it .
I feel physically sick and don’t know where to go for help . Sorry for all the questions but never been in this position before after 14 years

Can I suggest anyanyone else seeing this also posts in the other thread so that all the responses are kept in one place.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
