As you've been found fit for work you money has now stopped. You have 1 month from the date of the decision to request the mandatory reconsideration (MR) you need to put this in writing stating which group you think you should be in and your reasons why.

Do you know the reasons why you were in the Support Group? If you do then this will help you write to the MR.

You will not be paid any ESA while waiting for the MR. Most MR decisions remain the same, providing you don't claim Universal Credit then once the Tribunal accept your appeal you can go back onto assessment rate of ESA while waiting for the Tribunal. You will need sick/fit notes from your GP dated from the day you were found fit for work.

See if you can get advice from your local advice agency / CAB about appealing the decision.
They may be able to help you through the process.

Suggest you contact your nearest Citizens Advice (or other advice agency if available) to see if they can help.

Please take a deep breath because you are getting confused.

You said that your ESA has been stopped and then say you have been moved from the support group to the WRAG.

This is important so please tell us exactly what your decision letter said.

Also advise a visit to CAB for help.

I do strongly advise you get support from CAB or the like. It is absolutely evident from this thread (at least to me) that you are not well placed to respond to the technical demands of the next stage. Mandatory Reconsideration is probably the way to go but there is already here confusion as to the actual decision. Problem you have is time...as typically you need to get the reconsideration request in within 1 month. But you definitely sound like you need support to address that... it'll need someone to sit down, get hold of the evidence including the medical assessment report, look at why you've previously been getting ESA Support Group and make a case for what descriptors (statements of disability) do apply and the evidence to support such claim.

Even if you miss the month timetable you should submit an MR anyway, If DWP refuse to accept it you are still entitled to appeal to the tribunal service.
