Help - school kid error

Hi,

First post, so hope it’s OK. In the process of moving broadband from BT to Plusnet using their offer last week on the MSE site. Forgot to print off or make a note of the reward being offered ( think it was £60.00). It’s not now on the site and there has been no mention in any contact from Plusnet. I will contact them but could do with details of the offer. It’s the Fibre broadband and phone ending 13/6/19

Can anyone help?

I don't know about the Plusnet offer you refer to however, clicking on a link to a Plusnet offer from an MSE email from a couple of weeks ago (4 June) directs to a Plusnet offer with £50 cashback for which the instructions to claim are:

"£50 reward from Plusnet - you must claim it
Important! Annoyingly Plusnet makes you claim your prepaid Mastercard. You'll get an email within 10 days of activation explaining how, and you must do it within two months. It should then arrive within 30 days."

I would assume that, although the cashback amount is different from your offer, the process to claim your £60 is the same.
