With respect I think you asked a question about trying to amend a tenancy agreement which clearly isn't something that open rent allow.Its their standard agreement with no modifications...or at least at the time you were unable to get the answer from them so resorted to this trusted forum for a quick and respectful reply

You categorically state you trust the tenant and despite me advising the need for one you simply stated your sanity to be intact.
By all means ask for advice on the forum,its always your choice at the end of the day whether you choose to take it or not...but please be reminded that some of the posters who do give the advice here do it not in a way to cut corners,or on the cheap but from good solid trusted material and experience built up over more years than probably even you or I have been LL's.in S 38 T 2 F 50
