Trade Electronics Cheated me

I have bought Samsung Grade A TV from Trade Electronics. After paying them through bank transfer they stop replying to my emails, number of calls and then they messed up and blaming Arrow XL for having material where Arrow Xl said they do not have material.
So much stress and I sent them cancel of my contract form as per their contract form and Mike from Trade Electronics called me and said that don't worry all terms and conditions have changed and we have amended our return policy so please accept this delivery do not cancel this order I can assure you everything will be fine. after his promises I agree to accept delivery which arrives on second attempt on 15th June 2019.
When I opened TV it got 3cm scratch on that and dent, also when I started tv it got dead pixel, I immediately send email to trade electronics on Saturday night telling them that this is not what they describe in their description of Grade A TV. however it is more likely Grade B TV.
They did not contact me till Monday 11 so I called them up and their Sales Director Matthew pick up the phone. He said that this is described as per our Grade A policy which I decline as Grade A TV should have very minor scratch and 3cm is not very minor I am sure. He rudely said I have only 2 option either I accept £10.00 gesture of good will bonus or send this TV Back on my cost as it is not wrong or faulty TV and they will check and refund me however not return postage.
When I mentioned about Mike's conversation he told me that I am his boss and my decision is final and since then I have sent several emails to them and they did not reply to any of them.
I am stuck now, Not sure where to go, Whom to talk as if company owner is so rude then whet to expect from company, Can someone tell me how can I get my refund from this Cheat company??? Very much in stress and can't understand how come this kind of company is still running in UK where they cut your hands for any of your consumer right.
Also they are not replying means killing time which is 14 days from date of receipt of good as per consumer right 2015.
PLEASE...PLEASE...PLEASE

The consumer rights acts does cover second hand goods, and the main part of that I think for this is that they have to be "as described" - and that's the issue you'll have, it all comes down to what they define as "grade A" and not what your expectations of "grade A" would have been.
From their website:-Grade A
Graded item or ex display & complete with all essential accessories (Remote and power cables), Mostly open box products where they are just re checked by us but have never been used. These items will be unsealed and have been checked by the manufacturer and ourselves. In rare cases, some items may have very minor marks has they have been subject to handling and processing. Most items are supplied with manuals however if they are missing please go to the manufacturer’s website for your product and you will be able to download a copy in PDF to print. In rare cases, we may replace the packaging for the security of the item in transit, however, these will be supplied in the original packing on most occasions.
I think you'll struggle to get them to agree they are wrong, it's just that sort of company who'll take chances and push their luck until someone sues them and then when you do have a CCJ in hand the bailiffs will turn up and they'll have proof that they don't actually have any assests as all the good on site belong to a third party shell company.
I would be tempted to send it back, swallow the postage costs, buy a new one from someone decent. But having said that, you then have no TV and you're sat waiting for them to process your refund which will undoubtedly take them forever and a day and so you'll be back to chasing them through the courts for it anyway.(Although I could be wrong, I often am.)0 -
Consider
if returning it at your expense, what precautions will you take to ensure that they cannot claim that it was damaged on the return process?
How did you pay for it? Any chance of charge back or claim via credit card?0 -
You're not the first one

Thanks, But even sending them back TV there is no guarantee that I will get my full refund, They will argue whatever they like as then they have TV and my money both,
I have sent them 2 reminder for my email reply and complete silence from their end. They are wasting my time of 14 days refund policy and once this pass they will definitely not entertain at all.
I have asked for call recording and they even did not acknowledge that email so they are ignoring and wasting as much time as possible.0 -
I Paid via bank transfer because they show big 10% discount by paying it through bank transfer but now I understood the catch, Lesson Learnt but I have to sort them out bu all means as at least I can save some other buyers life by telling them how this con company and their director works.
Can some one please tell me how to take action against this people? because when they not acknowledge my email or even do not reply that is not good for any one.0 -
Found this on another forum- BEWARE
For those experiencing issues with this company, you may want to contact Andrew Penman at the Daily Mirror.
He is a scam-busting journalist who exposes crooks, conmen and fraudsters and has taken an interest in Trade Electronics and their Director. He says, "Let me know if you've been ripped off." investigate@mirror.co.uk
He also says that Trade Electronics (run by the same director as DC Digital),
"has a dismal record on Trustpilot and two outstanding County Court judgements for £945 and £929."
