    Gimpshop always raised serious security alarms on my home and work machines - Install that one with caution.

    Gimp itself, no problem and if you understand Photoshop, the conversion period will be mercifully short.

    In fact, you may find some of Gimp's native tools more useful and usable than the ones you were used to in PS.

    And it is possible to install CS3 without a W10 installer - IIRC I copied it to an SD card first and ran it as an admin install from within one of the install subfolders - worked perfectly and was surprisingly quite tolerable to use on a touchscreen machine.

    Gimpshop is a remnant from when regular Gimp had just the most awful user interface ever. The interface on regular Gimp is now tolerable enough that Gimpshop is effectively redundant.
